Watermelon and Mint Smash
INGREDIENTS (Serves 2)
- 1/2 medium-sized seedless watermelon, roughly chopped
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
- 12-ounces coconut water
- 1 cup ice
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
